The cable is intended for indoor application. It is used for construction of the 5e category premise backbone and horizontal cabling subsystems under low electromagnetic interference. The cable transmits 1 Gbit/s signals at up to 100 MHz.
Supported applications:
10-1000 Mbit/s Ethernet (10BASE-T, Fast 100BASE-TX, Gigabit 1000BASE-T), ATM-622 Mbit/s, 100VG-AnyLAN, Token Ring, Firewire, other applications of category 5e cabling systems.
The cable sheath is marked with the cable category, number of pairs, type and diameter of the copper conductor. Supplied in a cardboard box on 305 meter reel.
