The CCD VOKS-B cable blocks for 10 cross modules with 240 FC or SC ports are used in the CCD VOKS-B-93 MODF Cabinet.
The capacity can be doubled, when the LC connectors are used. Up to 4 cable blocks can be installed in the CCD VOKS-B-63 и CCD VOKS-B-93 cabinets.
MODF module
In this solution, fibers are installed and terminated in folding cross modules combined into cable blocks. Each module provides space for fiber splices insertion and adapter plate accommodation of up to 24 FC or 32 SC adapters. In the assembled configuration, the modules are installed in the cable block vertically, while the adapter plates constitute the patch field. The module rotation in the horizontal position provides easy access to adapters and pigtails. The module can be easily detached from the cable block for maintenance due to the excess length of fibers in the transition tubes.
