1) Unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the Contract, the Buyer’s payment of the invoice issued by AO SVYAZSTROYDETAL does not impose on AO SVYAZSTROYDETAL the obligations under Article 35 of the Federal Law No. 44-FZ dated 05.04.2013 “On the contract system for the procurement of merchandise, works and services for the state and municipal needs”, under the Russian Government Resolution No. 963 dated 20.09.2014 “On bank support of contracts”, under the Russian Government Resolution No. 2106 dated 15.12.2020 “On approval of the rules for treasury support of funds in cases provided for by the Federal Law “On the Federal Budget for 2021 and for the planning period of 2022 and 2023”, under the Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation No. 500 dated 30.06.2017 “On approval of documents stipulated by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation on treasury support of funds received under specific state contracts and agreements including the contracts and agreements concluded within their execution”, under the Russian Government Resolution No. 47 dated 19.01.1998 “On rules for keeping separate accounting of results of financial and economic activities by organizations which execute government contracts using federal budget funds” and under other normative and legal acts that regulate specifics of execution of state contracts including the obligations to keep separate accounting and to specify the identifier of the state contract in payment and settlement documents and documents that confirm the origination of monetary obligations.
2) Unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the Contract, the Buyer’s payment of the invoice issued by AO SVYAZSTROYDETAL does not entail performance of the respective supply for the state defense order. AO SVYAZSTROYDETAL is not considered a cooperator of the head contractor and does not acquire the obligations of a state defense order contractor under Article 8 of Federal Law No. 275-FZ dated 29.12.2012 “On the state defense order”.
