The Grandway VLS-8-30 Break Detector is intended for fiber or patch cord testing. It can be used for visual identification of damaged or broken point of a fiber, cable or patchcord.

The fault detector provides visible red light at 650 nm wavelength. The damaged fiber or sheath is lighted up red.

It can be used for both single-mode and multi-mode fiber. The device is compact, lightweight and ergonomic.

The operating range is 15 km.
