The CCD OK-NRS fiber optic cables are specially designed for construction fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband access networks in apartment buildings (urban areas) or large business centers.

The cable contains a bundle of single- or multi-fiber soft micro-module tubes without any gel inside. The cable outer jacket is made of halogen-free flame retardant polymer (LSZH) composition with low smoke emission. Two fiberglass rods are embedded in the cable jacket diametrically opposite to each other. They prevent axial torsion of the cable, and also serve as strength members.

An opening in the cable outer jacket can be cut with a special stripping tool to provide free access to the core elements. The micro-module can be selected and pulled out of the cable up to 6 m for taping and splicing at the floor. Due to this, riser cables can be installed during construction of the network in existing or newly created risers without the need for excess cable loops and installation of floor distribution boxes. Distribution boxes can be installed later on the floors where needed for subscribers connections.

    Очень удобное решение. Вертикально растягиваете кабель, и извлекаете волокна. Очень удобно, что на выведенный из кабеля буфер можно сразу установить фаст-коннектор. Для извлечения буфера достаточно в кабеле спец.инструментом проделать маленькое окошко. При монтаже и протяжке кабель не перекручивается, т.к. оболочка жесткая и дополнительную жесткость от скручивания обеспечивают два стеклопрутка.

    Что обозначает индекс HF в маркировке кабелей?

    Согласно ГОСТ-Р 53315-2009 кабели не поддерживающие горение при групповой прокладке, малодымные, безгалогенные должны содержать в своей маркировке индекс «нг(А)-HF». Т.е. HF (halogen free) означает, что кабель не выделяет галогенов под воздействием огня.
