The MTOK #8 Cable Entry Sealing Kit is designed for feeding and sealing of fiber optic underground cables with two armor lays of steel wires.

The Kit is suitable only for round ports of the MTOK-A1 closure. A specific insulating plate is installed on the closure head, which, in combination with the MTOK#8 Cable Entry Sealing Kit, provides unique features and capabilities:

- solid anchoring of armored cable (bears up to 15 kN force at break),

- protection against twisting of armored cables during operation,

- electric contact between the cable armor and the special entry (fitting) body,

- option of insulation or connection the armor of all cables straight in the same closure,

- longitudinal sealing of cables inserted,

- option to lead out the grounding wire (test wire) from the armor of each cable.
