The CCD KVGP Ground Wire Entry Kits are intended to seal the OPGW cable entry into CCD MOPG-MP fiber optic closures. Each KVGP Kit contains an entry assembly, rubber grommet, and an AOV-4 Breakout Adapter. The number of adapters is equal to the number of stainless steel loose tubes in the ground wire.

The sealing rubber grommets are used to ensure the longitudinal sealing of the ground wire steel loose tube. Different designs are available: to seal one central loose tube 2-11 mm OD, or to seal two or three steel loose tubes 2-3.6 mm OD in the OPGW inner lay.
