The ShKON-MM/2 distribution box is used for branching the fibers serving the floor from the indoor riser cable (cable with a core of freely removable fibers or modules), splicing the riser cable fibers with 3.0 mm subscriber pigtails, securing the riser cable and subscriber pigtails, protecting the branch splice point and fiber joints.
It has a metal case and compact dimensions, can be installed directly in risers, floor cabinets, grooves, etc. The box cover is supplied with a universal locking device to restrict access. Inside the case, there is a space for fiber excess storage and splice inserts placement covered by inner lid. The splice inserts for inserting KDZS sleeves or mechanical connectors are installed in the same space.
