The ShKON-P series distribution box is used for connection of up to 8 subscribers of PON networks inside apartment buildings (MDU) in urban area basing on 1х16+1х4 or 1х8+1х8 cascade splitting schematics.
The cover of the distribution box is made of powder coated steel, and has locks to prevent unauthorized access. The case design ensures better anti-vandal protection. A swiveling organizer plate is mounted inside the plastic basement. The 1x8 mini PLC splitter with 0.9 mm leads is installed in splice ins ert on the organizer plate. The folding organizer plate is removable for easy installation and operation.
The box is installed on the floor and is used to joint subscribers drop cables to the indoor vertical riser cable (cable with a core of freely removable fibers or modules)
The subscriber patch cords are placed in 20x12.5 mm conduits inserted in to the distribution box through the openings in the side walls.
