The helical dead-end tension clamp is used to install ADSS fiber optic non-metallic cables on communication poles, railroad contact and auto-blocking lines, power utility lines, buildings and other structure elements.

The helical dead-end tension clamp is a U-shaped power helical strand that consists of several performed helical wires glued together. An abrasive coating is applied to the inner surface of the wire bonding that contacts the cable.

The clamp provides the required strength of the cable fixation and does not affect mechanical and optical properties of cable. The clamp belongs to UHL (NF) 1 climatic category.

The helical dead-end tension clamp shall be installed as specified in the installation manual.
