The MTOK-L6 Dome Closure Kit is used for jointing overhead ADSS cable, «eight» type fiber optic cables with the external strength member, and urban cables of any design including corrugated steel tape armored cables.

The closure body and head are sealed mechanically. A rubber O-ring gasket and reinforced plastic clamp equipped with a self-tightening lock are used for sealing. When the clamp lock is opened, the latch transforms into a lever for easy removal of the clamp from the closure.

The incoming cables are sealed with heat shrink tubes. Initially all round cable ports on the closure head are blocked and have a gradient shape with different diameters. Cutting off the branch pipe in a certain place, you can choose the hole size as close as possible to the cable diameter. This eliminates an excessive stretching of the heat shrink tubes after shrinkage when inserting rather thin cables. All closure ports are also equipped with separate anchor nodes for cable central strength members.The oval cable port of the closure can be used for either of the following cases: 1) insertion of a transit cable buffer tube loop 2) insertion of two cables up to 25 mm OD. In both cases it is required to use an extra item Closure Entry Sealing Kit No. 6 to ensure the sealing. This item can be purchased separately.

Without the transit cable loop and with the insertion of 2 thin cables in the round ports, the total number of cables inserted in the closure can reach 10 cables.

If the closure is mounted on a pole or wall, it is recommended to use the appropriate Closure Mount Bracket which can be purchased separately. Due to the bracket design, the closure can be easily removed from the pole and hung back. This operation requires no reattachment or use of any special tools, such as mounting band.

    Добрый день, Мы планируем закупать материал у нас по ТЗ стоят муфты МТОК 96Т1-01-IV - Связьстройдеталь, у Вас на сайте муфт с такой абривиатурой нет, скорее всего его модернизировали - скажите какой у нее аналог? и еще крос КРС-32-FC-1U.

    Совершенно верно у вас в проекте устаревшее наименование муфт. В связи с расширением номенклатурной линейки с 2009 года муфты серии МТОК96 получили новые наименования:

    Добрый день!

    Я студент 4 курса СибГУТИ. В дипломе описываю построение сети доступа по технологии gpon. Не могли бы Вы подсказать мне, есть ли муфта для магистрального кабеля такая, чтобы можно было один кабель поэтапно разбить на три отдельных и уже каждый из них заводить в дом?

    Муфта будет размещаться в кабельной канализации. По идее, между тремя домами. Такое возможно сделать?

    До муфты планируется кабель ДПЛ-П-24У(3х8) 2.7Кн, а от муфты до дома ДПЛ-П-8У(1х8) 2.7Кн.

    Евгений, для возможности ответвления и неразрезного транзита модулей, Вам необходима муфта с овальным вводом. Например, МОГ-У-24, МОГ-С-24 или МТОК-Г3 подойдет. Муфты МОГ и МТОК рекомендованы для применения в канализации МГТС.

    Есть вопрос по малогабаритным муфтам для оптики. Используем муфты МТОК Л6 и Л7 - всем хороши. НО! Допустим, нужно завести кабель-монотуб без троса, например ОТЦ.

    Возникает проблема с его фиксацией, т.к. под винт нечего прикручивать - центрального элемента нет, троса нет, периферийный стеклопластик бесполезно туда крепить. Сажать чисто на ТУТ - моветон.

    Не задумывались ли о внедрении на вводе закручивающегося пластикового прижима или изменение конструкции стоек под крепление силового элемента таким образом, чтобы на него можно было закрутить винтовой металлический хомут?

    Добрый день! Крепление кабеля с центральной трубкой только с помощью ТУТ по оболочке при соблюдении рекомендаций по работе с ТУТ позволяет закрепить кабель с усилием до 100 кг. Поэтому применяемые вами кабели вполне можно монтировать в муфтах МТОК-Л и МТОК-Л7. Также можете попробовать поработать с нашими новинками муфтами с механической герметизаций вводимых ВОК- МОГ-Т-4 и МОГ-Т-3-ВКМ. В МОГ-Т-4 кабель крепится и герметизируется с помощью резьбового фитинга и эластичной вставки, а в МОГ-Т-3-ВКМ с применением специального резинового патрубка ВКМ.
