The MTOK-G4 dome extended closure is used for splicing of fiber optic cables any design for aerial or cable duct applications . The MTOK-G4 Closure Kit is designed to accommodate the maximum possible number of fusion splices.

The closure dome and head are sealed mechanically with the rubber O-ring gasket and reinforced plastic clamp equipped with a self-tightening lock. When the clamp lock is opened, the latch transforms into a lever for easy removal of the clamp from the closure.

The cable ports are sealed with heat shrink tubes. Initially all round cable ports are blocked and have a gradient shape with different diameters. Cutting off the branch pipe in a certain place, you can choose the hole size as close as possible to the cable diameter. This eliminates an excessive stretching of the heat shrink tubes after shrinkage when inserting rather thin cables. All round closure ports are also equipped with separate anchor nodes for cable central strength members.

The oval cable port of the closure can be used for either of the following cases: 1) insertion of four thin cables up to 10 mm OD or 2) insertion of two cables up to 25 mm OD. In the first case, the cable is secured and sealed with heat shrink tubes. In the second case it is required to use extra item MTOK #6 Closure Entry Sealing Kit  to ensure the sealing. This item can be purchased separately.

With the insertion of 2 thin cables in the round ports, the total number of cables inserted in the closure can reach up to 16 cables.

    Оголовник "Г" позволяет работать с изрядным количеством кабелей, причем разных диаметров. Герметизация с помощью ТУТ опять же работает на универсальность. Очень важно наличие овального ввода, т.к. для толстых магистральных кабелей характерно помодульное ответвление. Для нас в работе важно большое количество кабельных вводов, т.к. приходится собирать большое количество действующих кабелей на магистральный кабель большой емкости - аренда канализации становится все более дорогой, поэтому количество кабелей на длинных пролетах приходится уменьшать.

Инструкция по наличию

В случае, если товар есть на складе в свободной продаже, то в карточке присутствует поле «Наличие» с указанием количества доступного товара.

В случае, когда товара на складе нет или он зарезервирован под отгрузку заказчикам, присутствует поле «Поставка», с указанием прогнозируемого срока изготовления.

Срок изготовления может быть меньше указанного, в зависимости от загруженности производства.

Более подробная информация, а именно «Кол-во зарезервированного товара», находящегося на складе или «Оптовая цена товара» указываются в самой карточке товара.
